Responsible for assisting the Broker Sales Supervisor in managing the company’s In-house and independent real estate brokers. Will lead the implementation of guidelines on sales acceptance and maintenance of accurate sales recording system of all projects. Assists in the implementation of an efficient system of distributing support services and resources to the Sales Operations Group. Provides assistance in all other operational activities within the division.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Marketing or any business related course.
- At least two (2) years experience as broker or in-house coordinator
- Must be self-motivated and willing to do intensive field work
- Adept in planning, recruitment and training presentation; must have good interpersonal skills.

PR/ PO monitoring receives and record incoming PR from site; monitor & give updates to site coordinate to warehouseman; completion of delivery. Responsible for internal quality control and project evaluation; verification of submitted reports on completed units; reports inspection findings; monitors completion of works under home improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
