Suntrust Adriatico Gardens Ground Breaking Ceremony

Suntrust Adriatico Gardens in Malate, Manila.

Graciously led by no less than Manila Mayor Alfredo S. Lim, and business magnate Megaworld Chairman Andrew L. Tan, the ground breaking ceremonies of Suntrust Adriatico Gardens was held last June 23, 2008 at the site’s location in Adriatico Street, Malate, Manila.  Likewise present in this momentous occasion were members of Suntrust Properties’ Executive Committee led by the President Atty. Harisson M. Paltongan, and SVP for Finance and Operations Ms. Deanna Jean A. Claveria.  Also in attendance were high-ranking officials of the Manila local government.

Suntrust Adriatico Gardens (SAGA) is a three-tower building soon to rise at the heart of Manila.  It features all the amenities and comforts of urban living in a high-class condominium – adult and kiddie-sized pools, a work-out gym, plus commercial establishments and shopping areas within the buildings’ premises – at an affordable payment scheme.
