BUSINESS MEETS PLEASURE AT SRH INVESTOR’S NIGHT

Suntrust Executive Committee members and SRH Homeowners’ Association
officers enjoy a night of music with the Suntrustees and their clients.

“Wine, dine and dance” was the main course at the Sta. Rosa Heights Investor’s Night last September 13, 2008.  Suntrust officers and staff, SRH homeowners, Suntrustees (sales associates) and their clients, gathered together for a night’s ‘meeting of the minds and hearts’.

Clients toured the site earlier in the day to further appreciate the project’s different amenities such as the viewing deck which gives the onlooker an “eagle’s eye view” of the property. And in the evening, everyone put on their smart casuals and shared in the sumptuous cocktails prepared.  This was also followed by a leisurely stroll from the event area to the clubhouse, along the subdivision’s pavement which was already aglow with early Christmas lights and decors.

The very talented Articulo Band provided the affair’s musical entertainment and delighted the attendees with their rendition of various rock, pop and OPM songs. This even prompted some participants to put on their dancing shoes and swing to the beat, with SRH Homeowner’s Association president Kap. Ed Ison leading the troupe. 

The much valued support shown by the SRH HOA to this company-initiated event showed that collaboration between developer and the residents can bring more success and convince even more prospective clients to be future homeowners.

Another premiere development from Suntrust Properties, Inc., Sta. Rosa Heights is a 25-hectare development in Silang, Cavite which features Mediterranean-styled homes. The cool Tagaytay climate is an additional come-on to the awe-inspiring scenery.
