SUNTRUST LAUNCHES AN INTERNATIONAL LANDMARK

Suntrust Parkview, the newest high-rise development of Suntrust Properties’ which will officially house the World Scout Headquarters was officially launched June 11 at the BSP grounds, Manila City.

Manila City Mayor Alfredo S. Lim was the night’s guest of honor and speaker. On his talk, the mayor mentioned Suntrust’s affiliation to Megaworld and its proven credibility as a developer. Suntrust President Atty. Harrison M. Paltongan likewise boasted the success of the City of Manila and Suntrust’s partnership through Suntrust Adriatico Gardens (SAGA) situated in Malate, Manila.

“A well-secured home, complete amenities, highly accessible, and international address, undoubtedly, Suntrust Parkview will easily surpass the success of SAGA,” stressed Atty. Paltongan.  

“Be the masters of Manila’s universe!” said Boy Scout of the Philippines Secretary General J. Rizal Pangilinan as he urged all the guests to decide immediately in acquiring a unit at Suntrust Parkview. “If the good Lord permits, on this site we are now, will soon become the headquarters of the World Scout,” he explains.  
   
Six-tower Suntrust Parkview is a joint venture project of Suntrust Properties and the Boy Scout of the Philippines located at the back of Manila City Hall, fronting SM City, Manila.

The official launching was also graced by Makati Vice Mayor and concurrent Vice President of BSP Honorable Ernesto Mercado, Manila City Legal Officer Atty. Renato dela Cruz, BSP Director for Corporate Assets Management Danilo dela Cruz, Megaworld’s SVP for Operations Engr. Antonio Tan, BSP regional officers and executive committee members of Suntrust Properties.
