"YSABELLA" FULFILLS ANOTHER PROMISE TO SUNTRUST HOMEBUYERS
Steadfast to its commitment of providing excellent quality yet affordable housing projects, Suntrust Properties Inc. introduces Ysabella house model in its 89-hectare master planned township Governor’s Hills.
Ysabella, meaning “God’s promise”, is Suntrust’s response to buyers who are seeking a single-detached home within the P1.8M to P2.5M price range.
It features two toilets & bath and three bedrooms on the upper floor. A typical Ysabella unit has a minimum lot area of 120 square meters. The basic model has a useable floor area of 70 square meters, while the premium model has a 90.03 square-meter floor area, inclusive of balcony and carport.

In the recent groundbreaking event held at Phase 5 of Governor’s Hills, AVP for Marketing Jerry Rubis remarked, “Suntrust is not just in the business of affordable housing. We are in the business of providing shelter. It’s a beautiful word and synonymous with the kind of security that we provide our homebuyers.” He adds, “This is also why we keep coming out with innovative products like Ysabella.”
Sales and Brokers’ AVP Manny Estrella likewise emphasized that, “The Suntrustees remain committed to providing quality products and services to our clients, not just for the compensation, but to genuinely give homebuyers the best possible experience in choosing their homes.”
Leading the ceremony was SVP for Finance & Operations Deanna Jean Claveria, whom in her brief inspirational message emphasized, “Just as Ysabella means God’s promise, so holds true our promise to our clients and our Suntrustees. We will continue to transform and improve Governor’s Hills into a complete and family-friendly community.”
Members of Suntrust’s Executive Committee unveil the Clubhouse amenities of 89-hectare township Governor’s Hills. The amenities area has a spacious Clubhouse and will feature a swimming pool, events & picnic areas, playgrounds and a basketball court.
Another highlight of the event is the unveiling of the Clubhouse amenities. This includes the community swimming pool, events & picnic areas, basketball court and playground.
