MODEL HOUSES FORMALLY OPENED AT THE GENTRI HEIGHTS

The Gentri Heights model units “Kirana”, “Haila” and “Asmara” were formally opened and blessed during separate grand open houses in the month of May.  These single-detached house models feature a modern Asian theme and offers minimum lot areas of 98, 120 and 150 square meters, respectively.

This momentous occasion was well-attended by distinguished members of the Executive Committee, Management Committee, head office-based employees, Suntrustees and their guests.

In a short speech, SVP for Finance and Operations Deanna Jean Claveria remarked that The Gentri Heights takes its name from the word “gentrification”. “The term gentrification means “to transform to something better,” Claveria explains.  “And we intend to do just that with The Gentri Heights.”“This used to be just a piece of land that people would pass by without a second glance,” she adds. “But now we have these beautiful model houses, and we hope that soon, the whole property will be filled with these wonderful pieces of architecture.”

AVP for Marketing and Training Jerry Rubis also adds his inputs on the selection of the model units’ names.“The model houses take their names from Indonesian terms. Kirana means beautiful ray of light, Haila stands for treasures, and Asmara means love.”

Rubis adds, “The names symbolize just what our company aims to provide our clients.  Suntrust wants to be that beautiful ray of light that will deliver our buyers’ treasured homes. And we do all these out of Christian love for our fellowmen.”“We also hope that the houses we deliver will not only provide shelter, but also be a place of love for the families that will live in them.”
