SALES KICK-OFF and ANNUAL AWARDS NIGHT

Fresh from its 2008 victory of exceeding the P2.2 billion sales mark, Suntrust Properties, Inc. (SPI) commits to deliver yet another milestone in 2009.  This commitment rang loud and true during the Annual Sales Awards and Kick-Off Ceremony held recently at the Ricarte Function Hall of the Philippine Army Officers’ Clubhouse in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

“This supposed global financial crisis brings us more challenges, draws the best in us and will make victory much sweeter in the end. We at Suntrust are not worried because of our absolute faith in you, our Suntrustees.” SPI President Atty. Harrison M. Paltongan emphasized during his speech.“With our family-oriented culture and guided by our overriding value of “malasakit” for Suntrust, we will weather the storm. This is what the ‘Power of Us’ illustrates.” He adds emphatically.

The momentous event started at 4PM with a thanksgiving mass officiated by Rev. Fr. Edsel Nagrampa of St. Michael the Archangel Chapel.  Over 400 Suntrustees and head office representatives led by the Executive and Management committees, donned their Chinese-inspired attire to be in harmony with the occasion’s Chinese New Year theme “Unleash the Dragon in You!”

Recognition of monthly, quarterly and annual awardees was the event’s main highlight and which was formally opened by a “Grand Chinese Dance Salute” initiated by the energetic AVP for Marketing Jerry Rubis. 
Leading the roster of topnotchers were recipients of the Suntrust Elite Group Award, namely Sales Division 1 Head (and formerly LPD 1 Branch Sales Manager) Elisa “Nene” Borrega, and Jasper Branch property consultant Maricel Barayuga.  They received corresponding cash prizes, plus custom-crafted gold and silver Suntrust pins, respectively.

Also duly recognized were the Annual Sales Awardees for the various categories and focus groups. For Property Consultant category these composed of Maricel Barayuga (Jasper), Michael Adap (Jasper), and Eldona Molero (Emerald). For Assistant Branch Sales Managers, the awardees were Nenita Cañedo (Yakal), Alma Adap (Jasper), Ma. Teresa Antonio (LPD3), and Mary Jane Peña (Emerald).  Finally, the Branch Sales Manager top sellers were Elisa Borrega (formerly LPD1) and Rizal Puno (LPD3).
