SETTING NEW FRONTIERS AT THE GENTRI HEIGHTS

Suntrust Properties, Inc. sets new frontiers for 2009 as it breaks ground at The Gentri Heights last January 11.  The Gentri Heights is an Asian-inspired themed community which will feature state-of-the-art facilities amidst a serene and blissful neighborhood, with its cool weather and natural rolling terrain. 

In line with this Asian theme, the names of the model houses are also of Indonesian origin, namely – Asmara (“love”), Haila (“treasures”) and Kirana (“beautiful ray of light”).

Participants to this memorable affair consisted of Suntrustees (sales associates and brokers) and their clients, head office personnel, and distinguished members of Suntrust’s Executive and Management Committees led by the company’s president Atty. Harisson M. Paltongan.

Another highlight of the day is the Grand Open House where clients had the opportunity to tour around the project site and see for themselves The Gentri’s special and unique features – the cool breezy climate, rolling terrain and the various amenities that are already under construction such as the community clubhouse and the Zen garden.

The excitement was further heightened by the ringing of the “Bell of Success” by both the agents and their buyers to signal their closed sales.  ExCom members amiably posed for photos with sales agents and clients, giving the affair an even more welcoming and familial atmosphere.

The Gentri Heights is another premiere property development from Suntrust Properties, Inc. located at Barangay Manggahan, General Trias in Cavity.  This new subdivision will surely provide superior quality yet cost effective homes, as Suntrust continues its thrust to build world-class communities.
