SUNTRUST PARKVIEW'S ACACIA TOWER FORMALLY LAUNCHED

Nine months after its grand launching ceremony in June 2009, Suntrust Parkview fronting SM City- Manila gives birth to its second building, the Acacia Tower.  The twenty-storey building was launched last March 12, 2010.

The launching event was highlighted by an Investors’ Night where the project’s features and the details of the new building were presented to Suntrustees and prospective clients.  In between the formal presentations, the crowd was serenaded by an acoustics band, playing both classics and new favorites.

Suntrust president Atty. Harrison M. Paltongan eagerly welcomed the attendees and shared his insights on how Suntrust Parkview is definitely a wise investment for the prospective buyers.  He also emphasized the fast paced progress of the site’s development.

“Now is the right time to buy,” Atty. Paltongan remarked.  “We are already halfway into construction of the new World Scout Center Building and from there, the development of the six other towers will move at a fast pace.  Seize the opportunity to buy now while inventory is still high and price is still considerably low.”

The Acacia Tower is the second building to open in the six-cluster condominium development of Suntrust Parkview, which spans 10,000 square meters of property.   The project amenities will include an adult swimming pool, kiddie pool, changing rooms, fitness station, courtyard, children’s playground, plaza, jogging path, meditation area and a boardwalk.
