Simply UNSTOPPABLE! Suntrust does it again!
SPI’s Jerry Rubis, AVP for Marketing and Training as he leads everyone to the unveiling of the entry marker perspective. “A year ago this land was just wilderness. Today, development continues even as I speak. What more could happen after another year? We’d see a boom of development this land has never seen before!” (Excerpt from his inspirational speech)
Still fresh from the success of its Sta. Rosa Heights community, now 90% developed and 100% sold-out. Suntrust does it again with the inauguration its new project, Sta. Rosa Hills. A seven-hectare community featuring affordable duplex and single-detached bungalows, the continuing development reveals a wonder for a project holding great promise for success.
March 21 marked the day of Sta. Rosa Hill’s Grand open house, as well as the unveiling of the perspective design for the community’s entry marker. Atty. Harrison Paltongan, president of Suntrust Properties, Inc. also visited the site early morning before the event and checked the model units already being constructed. Even with affordably-priced bungalow houses, the community would contain wonderful amenities such as children’s playground, gazebo, basketball court, picnic grove, and many more with a weather so near to the cool breeze of Tagaytay.
The event was formally opened by SPI’s Nelda San Jose, AVP for Operations with a warm greeting to Suntrustees and clients a Rubis energized the crowd with a very inspiring speech. Highlighting Suntrust’s track record of producing excellent projects, the crowd cheered as they welcomed Sta. Rosa Hills as their window for opportunity. After which, Rubis went ahead and led the crowd in unveiling Sta. Rosa Hill’s entry marker.

Model houses with modern asian architectural design would soon be the community’s main attraction. Featuring Kali, a low-cost single bedroom duplex would come in as low as Php 5,000/month*. Kali means “Goddess of Time and Change” in Tibetan, a proper name for the community’s modern theme. Meanwhile, a more spacious option is available for small families. Cerise, a two-bedroom affordable duplex comes in as low as Php 7,000/month* only. Cerise meaning “deep purple” in Hindu.
