SUNTRUST HOSTS INVESTORS' NIGHT AFFAIR AT SULO HOTEL

Top management executives of Suntrust Properties, Inc. (SPI) welcomed future unit owners of SPI's latest condominium project Suntrust Capitol Plaza to an evening affair at the Manansala Ballroom of the Sulo Riviera Hotel.

After a brief but comprehensive presentation of the project by SPI’s AVP for Marketing and Training Jerry R. Rubis, no less than the company’s president Atty. Harrison M. Paltongan attended to the inquiries from the event’s attendees. Heart-stopping live entertainment from 10-year old singing sensation Rose Avila also complemented a serenade from the G-sustained Ensemble String Quintet.

The Suntrust Capitol Plaza will soon be an imposing 33-storey structure in Matalino Street, Diliman, right at the back of Quezon City Hall, featuring a palazzo-style design. From the grand hotel-like lobby to the opulent amenities and facilities, residents will always have the feeling of being in an upscale project, while still enjoying Suntrust’s trademark of offering “reasonable and affordable residential condominium units which are available at flexible payment schemes.”
