BLESSING OF MODEL UNITS AT "THE MANDARA"

Leading the ribbon cutting ceremony was the Senior Vice President – Finance & Operations Deanna Jean A. Claveria (front right, ribbon cutting).  Other members of the Executive Committee present in the event were (front row, from left) AVP-Marketing & Training Jerry Rubis, AVP -Operations Isaias Berdin, Jr. (second row, from left) AVP-Legal and HRA Atty. Basilio Almazan, Jr., AVP- Credit Management Claire Lastimosa, AVP-Quality Control Arch. Edison Alcanices and AVP-Sales Nelda San Jose.  Behind them is the Shanata single detachedhouse model – one of the four units to be opened.
The Mandara (which means  “sacred peak” in Hindu) is a 14-hectare development of Suntrust Properties, Inc. and is set on an elevated sloping location with breathtaking views of the southern Manila lowlands in the north, Mt. Makiling, Laguna de Bay and Sta. Rosa lowlands in the east, the Tagaytay mountains in the south, and Silang mountains in the west.
This residential community features zen-inspired homes that have likewise been given Asian names – Amaya which is Malaysian for “night rain”, Chandra meaning “shining” in Hindu, Hana is “flower” in Japanese and Niran which is Thai for “everlasting”.
