SUNTRUST SENTOSA GROUNDBREAKING

A new community continues to unfold in Calamba, Laguna as Suntrust Properties, Inc. recently breaks ground to begin the construction of model units in its new 22-hectare subdivision development Suntrust Sentosa.

Well-situated near Batino Exit, Suntrust Sentosa is easily accessible to and from the Makati and Metro Manila areas via the newly-expanded South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). It is divided into three residential enclaves namely Terasu (‘beautiful view’), Belvah (‘shining over heaven’) and Reina (‘summit’) which features Asian-inspired homes, giving a warm, Oriental feel to the blossoming community.

Lowering the ceremonial time capsule and leading the groundbreaking event was no less than Suntrust president Atty. Harrison M.
