Empire East Suntrust bags prestigious CREBA Developer of the Year Award

Empire East Suntrust was awarded the DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR AWARD FOR ECONOMIC HOUSING by the prestigious CHAMBER OF REAL ESTATE & BUILDERS’ ASSOCIATIONS, INC. (CREBA). Empire East Suntrust’s Governor’s Hills project in Gen. Trias was showcased during the awarding ceremonies held at the Rigodon Ballroom of the Manila Hotel on April 26, 2007. Atty. Harrison M. Paltongan, President of Empire East Suntrust, received the award on behalf of the management team and employees of the Company.

The CREBA Pillar Award is given to outstanding real estate developers in recognition of the quality and excellence of their projects.  The following criteria were considered in selecting the winner:  social impact, economic contribution, innovative approaches, global impact, general appearance, architecture and design, development and construction, finance and marketing.
