Weekly Handover of Governor's Hills Homes

Every Saturday from September 2 to December 16 is "Homeowners' Home Acceptance Day" as affordable housing developer Suntrust (Empire East Properties, Inc.) turns over to their owners the newly completed homes of Governor's Hills.

Suntrust has prepared a simple handover ceremony as part of its after-sales package aimed at establishing good will and fostering closer ties with the homeowners of Governor's Hills. The 89-hectare township, located in Gen.Trias Cavite, comprises nine residential phases with three smaller communities: Palmdale Village, Cliffwood Village and Greensboro.

Every Saturday, Suntrust's turnover team, made up of its project management, property administration and credit and collection staff, welcomes a fresh batch of homeowners and their families. The guests are given a tour of the project site and their houses. During the tour, they are briefed about their units and given the opportunity to check their workmanship.

The Suntrust team is also there to answer the homeowner's various concerns, from efficient ways to customize the units to community rules and regulations.

For those who choose to "personalize" their houses, Suntrust provides free assistance by recommending qualified contractors for the desired improvements and modifications. After the tour, the guests sign an acceptance contract and a move-in date is scheduled.

Governor's Hills smaller communities showcase a variety of houses. Palmdale offers single-detached and duplex homes in five kinds: Adrian, Bianca, Celina, Dianne, Eunice and Hailey. Cliffwood features the Casa Verona triplex units. Greensboro hosts the duplex-type Ashley and single-detached Chealsea.

Each community has an open-air landscaped area ideal for relaxing. At Greensboro, this is called Hampstead Gardens. The play amenities available for all Governor's Hills residents include a swimming pool, gazebo, basketball court and an upcoming 16.6-hectare commercial center.
