During the recently concluded 2025 Annual Awards and 2026 Sales Kick-off, I Rise: Beyond Limits, Suntrust recognized its Sales Service Awardees: individuals who have reached remarkable milestones of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 years of service in Suntrust. The event also paid tribute to Sales Division Heads who recently retired from their leadership roles and now continue to share their expertise as Senior Sales Consultants after more than two decades with the company.

For many Suntrustees, courage began with the simple yet brave decision to step into the world of sales service. Courage, after all, is the ability to move forward despite uncertainty. Beyond recognition, these reflect their courage, commitment, and perseverance to rise above the demanding industry.

A Challenge to Turn the Tides

“It was a gentleman’s pact between [Suntrust President] Atty. Harry and I. We vowed to turn the company around in two years despite the crisis,” said Rizal Puno, Senior Sales Consultant. “Lo and behold, it only took us a year.”

Looking back at the company’s history and celebrating its growth through the years was one of the main highlights of I Rise: Beyond Limits, the 2025 Annual Awards and 2026 Sales Kick-off event.



“Our Suntrustees are a reminder of our company’s history,” said Suntrust President Atty. Harry Paltongan. “It is through their dedication that Suntrust has expanded into one of the pioneers in the real estate industry.”

Eliza Borrega, Senior Sales Consultant, similarly shared her experience as well in witnessing the growth of the company. “Everything I have taught and shared with my team has always been aligned with the company’s values and vision,” she said. “With these, I wish for the company to keep moving forward no matter what.”

“It takes the right amount of time to accomplish your goals,” shared Steve Gibalo-an, 20-Year Sales Service Awardee. “What matters most is continuous action, because it will eventually bear fruit in our lives.”

For Ester Ogang, 30-Year Sales Service Awardee, the strength of the company lies in the values upheld by its people. “Suntrust is a company built by people with integrity and compassion,” she said. “It’s what kept the organization strong and united through the years.”

Their experiences reflect a culture that encourages learning, collaboration, and growth among their co-Suntrustees.

“Learn from your peers, especially the veterans,” advised Atty. Paltongan. “Their experiences carry valuable lessons. At the same time, it can inspire others to shift their mindset to believe that growth is always possible.”
